Located in downtown Oakland, The Alexan Webster transforms an old parking lot into a 235-unit mixed-use apartment community with a stunning water tower designed by American artist Tom Fruin. The water tower made up of recycled plexiglass and steel patchwork, was absolutely stunning to photograph over the course of an Oakland summer sunset.

KTGY is known for their innovative and sustainable design, and with this new tower seen from Lake Merrit to the edges of Downtown Oakland we think its an amazing addition to the growing skyline. Especially as day turns to night, and the interior lights bring life to an otherwise simple view.
